Not every pageview is worth the same. A "qualified view" is the industry-standard idea that a view should represent genuine reader attention, not just a page loading.
What counts against a qualified view
- Bots, scrapers, and automated crawlers.
- Someone bouncing off the page in under a couple of seconds.
- Duplicate views generated artificially (see our Terms of Service on invalid activity — this voids earnings and can lead to account action).
